Yes, we do private events! Putting on a party? Having a wedding? Graduation? We’d love to make your event fun and memorable.
To see if we’d be a good fit for what you’re imagining to make your day wonderful, here are some guidelines —
- Small events (25-50) people work best for the size of our truck
- We’ll work with you to figure out a selected menu for your guests to keep the day simple
- All our food is fresh cooked to order so we find that serving your guests in groups works best so that no one’s waiting too long
- We provide all condiments & serving plates/utensils. It’s not fancy but it’s food truck real!
- There needs to be a place for us to park on private property where your guests can safely approach the truck to order
- We’ll take care of the permitting with the town of your planned event so please plan on adequate time to do that (4 weeks)
- Ideally we’d like to plug in to power, but we do have an onboard generator and are fully self contained. The generator is loud (imagine a fairground generator) but we can switch off when not serving.
